1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between lv888 ("the Operator", "lv888", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses the gaming services provided via the lv888.bio website and all associated subdomains, applications, and digital interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of lv888 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in games, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, email address, and contact details — must be accurate, current, and complete. lv888 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including username and password. lv888 employees will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lv888 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). lv888 does not impose internal currency conversion charges.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and major Malaysian banking institutions including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. lv888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Player's account at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically feasible. lv888 reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by method. e-Wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days in exceptional circumstances. These are target timelines and not contractual guarantees.
• lv888 is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or telecommunications networks.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activity on the lv888 Platform. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting module and shall be read together with these Terms:

• All bets are final once confirmed. lv888 will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances of a manifest technical error or where lv888, in its absolute discretion, determines that the integrity of the game or event has been compromised.
• lv888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous, including system errors, pricing errors, or communication failures.
• In the event of a disconnection during live gameplay or in-play betting, lv888's server-side records shall be the sole authoritative record of bets placed and outcomes determined. lv888 is not liable for losses attributable to the Player's connection failure.

• Winnings will be credited to the Player's account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event. lv888's decision on all settlement matters is final and binding.

6Bonuses and Promotions

lv888 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are defined in the specific promotion terms and may include account status, deposit history, and geographic location.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one promotional account per Player, household, IP address, or device is permitted unless otherwise stated. lv888 may apply bonus restrictions to Players identified as acting in a coordinated manner to abuse promotional terms.
• lv888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except in circumstances where a Player has already commenced wagering requirements under a prior offer.
• Abuse of promotions, including through multiple accounts, VPN usage, or collusive behaviour, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account termination.

7Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on or in connection with the lv888 Platform:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, fraud, cheating, collusion, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of any game or sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of third parties.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward lv888 staff or other Players.

lv888 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any Player suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, their funds frozen, and their details reported to relevant authorities.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the lv888 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, audio, video, and text, is the property of lv888 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of lv888.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• lv888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• lv888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• lv888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• lv888 is not liable for losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruption, server outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor failures.

10Responsible Gaming

lv888 is committed to responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Access to lv888 is restricted to Players aged 21 and above without exception.
• Gambling on lv888 should be undertaken for entertainment purposes only. You should not gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.

11Account Suspension and Termination

lv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Suspected abuse of promotions or technical vulnerabilities.
• Regulatory or legal obligations requiring cessation of service to the Player's jurisdiction.

Upon account closure for breach, any balance associated with bonus funds or wagering-requirement-incomplete funds may be forfeited. Confirmed real-money balances that are not subject to outstanding wagering requirements or fraud investigations will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting lv888 support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules, and final balances will be returned upon completion of verification.

12Amendments to These Terms

lv888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, lv888 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at login.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by lv888's licencing authority. The outcome of any such ADR process will be binding on lv888.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
